About Our Complex
Guesthouse "Valentina" and the premium building "Apsny Pearl" form a unified hotel complex in the resort village of Tsandripsh. We combine cozy hospitality, child safety, and a high level of comfort to make your vacation in Abkhazia flawless.
Two Vacation Formats — One Infrastructure
Our complex is unique in offering two different accommodation formats, served by a single reception desk and sharing the same infrastructure.
The main guesthouse, "Valentina", is located just 50 meters from the equipped pebble beach. It features classic rooms for couples and families: from compact budget "Small" doubles to spacious triple and quadruple family rooms, as well as full two-room suites. Every room includes a private shower, toilet, air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator.
The premium building, "Apsny Pearl", is situated on the first coastline, directly on the beach. This building offers exclusive studios, suites, and luxurious multi-room apartments (from 2 to 5 rooms). The apartments are equipped with full kitchens, washing machines, hair dryers, irons, and balconies with direct or partial sea views.

We know that every guest has their own vacation rhythm, which is why our on-site restaurant operates on a flexible system. When booking any room, you can choose the meal plan that suits you best:
- Room Only (RO): Perfect for those planning daily excursions or staying in apartments with kitchens;
- Bed & Breakfast (BB): A great start to the day before heading to the sea;
- Half Board (HB): Breakfast and lunch included;
- Full Board (FB): Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an absolutely carefree holiday.
Moreover, even if you book a room without meals, you can always purchase set meals or order à la carte at our restaurant upon arrival.
A Paradise for Family Vacations
We are proud to have created the perfect environment for guests with children. The complex territory is fully enclosed, allowing children to safely walk and play outdoors. At your disposal:
- Kids' play areas: Right next to the restaurant is a playground with a trampoline, swings, and a slide. Parents can enjoy a peaceful dinner while keeping an eye on their kids;
- Mini-zoo: Enclosures with cute rabbits that delight our youngest guests;
- Swimming pool: A shallow, stationary kids' pool without high edges;
- In-room comfort: For toddlers up to 3 years old, we provide and install a baby cot free of charge in any room category.
Location & Beach
The complex is located in a quiet part of Tsandripsh (Oktyabrskaya St.), just 5 km from the Russian-Abkhazian border. You won't have to spend hours traveling—your vacation starts almost immediately after crossing the Psou checkpoint. The equipped beach with our sun loungers is literally a minute's walk from the main building and right at the doorstep of the premium building.

Yes, but a corkage fee applies: beer — 50 RUB per bottle/can, wine — 100 RUB, spirits — 150 RUB. If you order food and drinks from the café menu totaling 1,500 RUB or more, the corkage fee is waived entirely.

Excursions across Abkhazia are available: Lake Ritsa, New Athos, Sukhum, Evening Gagra, Kyndyg thermal springs, Pitsunda, and more. Yes, children under 8 participate in bus excursions free of charge. All tickets and fees are included in the price.
